About the Artist

Stephen has lived in the Western North Carolina Mountains since 2010 but this has been his playground for much longer than that.

 

Living in NC since 1985 He has fished, hiked, kayaked, and otherwise explored our incredible surroundings for most of his life. Art has been a hobby of his over the years in different ways and most recently become a passion during his free time. He loves creating pieces inspired by his surroundings, using wood from local trees that have been downed on his own property or are cultivated from local sources. Repurposing a thing of nature and creating something spectacular to bring nature to each of you in a new and inspired way.
